1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

After Shipment:
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (see Return & Refund section below).
2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your product if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags/packaging intact
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
